 Wheat Germ Muffins

1 cup what germ
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 powdered milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk, yogurt or buttermilk
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup raisins

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend together milk, honey, eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350oF for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. 

Makes 12 muffins.
