 Rice Pudding

2 cups rice, cooked
3 cups milk
3/4 cup honey
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix rice, milk and honey. Add eggs. Stir in raisins. Put into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 300oF for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
