 Honey Health Bars

3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups dates, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; stir in honey. Mix dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Stir in dates, walnuts and vanilla.

Spread in a greased 9 x 14 in. pan. Bake at 350oF for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
