Beer
Barbecue Sauce
1/4
cup honey
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1 cup ketchup[
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, finely chopped
2/3 cup beer
In a large
bowl, combine all ingredients. Place meat in marinade and let
stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours, or in the refrigerator
overnight
Remove
meat from marinade and barbecue as usual, basting with sauce.
Great for pork chops, spareribs (par boiled for 45 minutes before
marinating) or chicken. |
