 Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce
A welcome addition to grilled chicken or pork.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped coriander
Crushed chili peppers to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve as a dip or sauce with chicken, pork or vegetables.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
