 Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, sliced

Combine all ingredients. Pour over drained short ribs or spareribs during last hour of cooking.

Makes 2 cups.
