 Texas Honey Barbecue Rub
A sweet and spicy flavour for steak that doesn't require a long marinating time.

1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 - 2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Rub honey onto meat. Combine remaining ingredients. Rub into honey on meat. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes. Barbecue or broil to desired doneness.

Makes about 4 servings.
