Honey
Glazed Pork Chops
1/3 cup wheat
germ
1/3 cup unsifted flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 19.-oz. can sliced pineapple
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
6 loin pork chops, 3/4 in. thick
Combine wheat
germ, flour, salt, paprika and pepper; set aside. Drain
pineapple and add water to make 1 cup liquid; add honey, lemon
juice and mustard. Mix well. Brush both sides of chops with
sauce and dip in wheat germ mixture, coating evenly. Place in a
large ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350oF for 30
minutes or until tender.
