 Candied Sweet Potatoes

6 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Cinnamon

Boil sweet potatoes in skins until nearly tender. Peel and slice into a baking dish. Mix honey and butter or margarine and spread over potatoes. Bake at 325oF for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so honey butter mixture coats potatoes.

Makes 6 servings.
